Summer is our busy time here in Ennis. The fourth of July celebrations at home and in our neighboring town of Virginia City are attended by people from all over the United States. It is quite the event.

I planned to post pictures of the parade that day but my work plans changed at the last minute. So, instead of parade photos Ken joined me during my break and camera in hand captured this fabulous image of a trout feeding.

It was a delightful and peaceful day.
