Spring Snow and More Wind

"A tunnel, but to / from where. A good lesson in perception. Is it coming out of winter or is it going into winter. I believe it to be like the whole of Life…Life is no more or no less than what we believe it to be."

Yesterday we woke to six inches of wet snow.  Ken, camera in hand, disappeared for most of the morning.  Today he sent me this image from his trip across the Madison River.

This morning it was eighteen degrees and is still in the low twenties.  The wind is so strong in almost knocked me down twice while I was a out running errands.  Much of yesterday's snow has melted but today it was too cold to melt much.

The red wing black birds showed up at the feeders today.  Spring is here.
